Mhuri Engineering has built relationships with other emerging engineering companies to facilitate their growth while leveraging their capacity to deliver projects skilfully and efficiently. Our solution to capacity limitation lies in leveraging complementary competencies from other Emerging Micro Enterprises and Qualifying Small supplies thus generally helping small business thrive.

Mission
We actively challenge the status quo by implementing our projects in the most inclusive manner possible, using labour intensive construction methods, employing the services of women, youth and persons with disabilities. We challenge the notion that business cannot be both socially responsible and profitable, we set out to disprove this in the way we conduct our business.
Leadership
The Mhuri Leadership holds a combined experience in excess of 50 years in both private and public sector industries. The leadership brings a wealth of diverse interest from Engineering and Construction, Project Management, Infrastructure Architecture to Law and corporate Governance. The leadership team is headed by our two Directors, Nomvuyo Lefosa and Thandeka Mokoena.
Nomvuyo Lefosa - Director
Nomvuyo holds an LLB degree from NUL and a Postgraduate Diploma in Corporate Law from UJ. Her experience is in corporate governance and compliance of company statutory matters. She is highly experienced at board level and various sub-committees required for the efficient operation of a company. She has a total of 15 years postgraduate experience in private and public sector
Thandeka Mokoena - Director
Thandeka has over 15 years experience in the areas of New Product Roll-Out Management, Project & Programme Management as well as Mentoring. Her experience spans multiple industries including Media & Broadcasting, Financial Services & Banking including Rewards. She is a result driven professional, with a vibrant personality bringing fresh and creative thinking to the construction and engineering industry. She is strategic and meticulous in her approach to work assigned to ensure that products are of desired quality, on budget and within expected timelines.
